Insurance
We carry the insurance cover the work requires. We are happy to provide certificates on request, so if your site or your principal contractor needs them before we attend, ask and we will send them over.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email us at info@manchesterhiabshire.co.uk and tell us what happened. We would rather hear it from you directly and early. We will look into it, tell you what we find, and put right anything that is ours to put right.
Governing law
These terms and any work we do under them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
